Dangerous truth about DynAero planes

DynAero has not cleared the dangerous problems on their aircraft, and it´s time that all pilots and aircraft enthusiast get to know the truth, to avoid more accidents that could end up in tragedy.

After 3 years claiming DynAero to clear this situation, and after 2 years that new owners, AK Group, have not solved this extreme problems, it´s time for all to know the truth.

I have relevant information available to confirm this information, that has the clear target of avoiding accidents on people that, unknowingly, fly on this brand plane´s with serious safety issues.

Fuel leaks from wing tanks that end up inside the cockpit, or spill out from wing tips.

Due to terrible manufacturing quality of fuel tanks built within wing´s structure, and due to materials used, fuel ends gets thru wing´s wall against plane´s body into the cockpit, with fuel vapors breathing problems and risk of explosion and fire. 

Structural wing failure due to bad quality used to stick wing parts.

Same material´s bad quality that makes fuel leaking out of tanks affects structural bonding of wing´s components, which is not visible unless you tear apart the wing, being this one of worst hidden failures that Dynaero planes with wing fuel tanks has.

Problems with fuel get worst if you use 95 instead of 100L aviation fuel.

One of the reasons actual sport aviation is very attractive is because we can use 95 fuel, because Rotax engines, saving money as we don’t have to use 100L. If you use 95 on wing´s fuel tanks Dynaero planes, you speed up fuel leak and wing´s structural problems. Who wants to buy a plane´s brand with a higher flight hour cost if you don’t want to speed up technical problems on wings?

Wrong readings on fuel measurement system.

Fuel measurement system on wings is so inexact that, indicating ½ of fuel, sometimes you only have ¼, so you cannot trust the readings, only thing you can trust is minimum warning light (as it is a switch contact on fuel tanks end), so you may get this warning on a mountain area, with over 15 minutes of fuel left. Not very reassuring if you add this to fuel leaks, you will never know the fuel you have, unless you are on the tarmac and check it visually.

Failures on flap system.

Electro-mechanic flap system gets stuck, due to design failure, which means that you will have to land the plane clean; with 4S and PickUp models means get over the runway threshold around 150 km/h, on ULC model around 90 km/h, so if this happens you have to find a longer than usual runway. A really good and fast wing design turns out in a dangerous problem because the flaps fails to deploy.
